The operator of WhenDid (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. The Operator has established and published this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information.

The information listed above is not collected on the Operator’s servers, and the Operator cannot access it. However, if the user uses an operating system backup or device migration feature, a backup copy may be retained in accordance with the policies of the relevant operating system provider.

The Operator does not include item names, original note text, original location text entered by users, original photos or custom icon images, original search queries, email addresses, or account information in analytics data.

Statistical information that cannot identify an individual, such as standard aggregated Google Analytics reports, may be retained for statistical purposes after the retention period stated above.

The Apple and Google sign-in buttons currently displayed in the app are features under development. No account registration or sign-in takes place, and the app does not collect names, email addresses, or social account identifiers through these buttons. If login or synchronization features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any required consent will be obtained before collection begins.

1.3 Information Processed When Users Submit Feedback or Privacy-Related Inquiries

The feedback feature opens the email app installed on the user’s device. No information is transmitted to the Operator until the user sends the email. The Operator collects only the information that the user enters in or attaches to the email.
